Wagering Calculation
Understanding wagering requirements is crucial to assessing the real value of a bonus. Space XY casino typically offers a 100% match bonus up to €200 on your first deposit. Let’s walk through a concrete example.
Scenario: You deposit €100 and receive a 100% bonus of €100, giving you a total balance of €200. The bonus terms state a wagering requirement of 35x on the deposit plus bonus amount.
Step 1: Calculate the total wagering requirement.
Wagering Requirement = (Deposit + Bonus) × Wagering Multiplier
Wagering Requirement = (€100 + €100) × 35 = €7,000
Step 2: Determine your expected playthrough.
You must wager €7,000 before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. If you choose a slot with a 96% Return to Player (RTP), the expected loss over that wagering amount is:
Expected Loss = Wagering Requirement × (1 − RTP)
Expected Loss = €7,000 × (1 − 0.96) = €7,000 × 0.04 = €280
Step 3: Evaluate the net expected value (EV).
Net EV = Bonus Amount − Expected Loss from Wagering
Net EV = €100 − €280 = −€180
This negative EV indicates that, on average, you are likely to lose money meeting the wagering requirement even with the bonus. However, if you pick a slot with a higher RTP (e.g., 98%), the expected loss drops to €7,000 × 0.02 = €140, giving a net EV of −€40—still negative but less severe. Always check the game contribution percentages; slots usually contribute 100%, while table games may contribute only 10–20%.

Safety & Licensing
Space XY casino operates under a Curacao eGaming license. This means the casino must adhere to basic fairness and anti-money laundering standards. The site uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. Two-factor authentication is available for account login as an extra layer of security.
Important: Players from EU and Nordic countries should be aware that winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax. Unlike Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) or local licenses, Curacao does not have tax treaties that exempt players. We recommend consulting a tax advisor if you win a significant amount.
Extra Tips
Responsible gambling tools are available in your account settings. Set a deposit limit per day, week, or month to control your spending. Session limits remind you to take breaks after a set amount of time. If you feel you need a break from gambling, use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily or permanently block your account. Space XY casino also offers links to external help organizations such as GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous.
Troubleshooting
- Login issues: Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot Password” link to reset it via email. Enable 2FA only if you have access to your authenticator app.
- Withdrawal pending for more than 48 hours: Contact customer support via live chat or email. Ensure you have submitted all required KYC documents. Some withdrawals are manually reviewed and may take up to 5 business days.
- Bonus not credited after deposit: Check if you entered the correct bonus code and that your deposit amount meets the minimum requirement. If the issue persists, contact support with your deposit transaction ID.
- Game not loading or freezing: Update your browser to the latest version and disable any ad-blockers or VPNs. Clear the browser cache. If the problem continues, try on a different device or contact the game provider’s support via the casino.
- KYC documents rejected: Ensure the documents are clear, in color, and not expired. The name on the document must match your registered name exactly. Resubmit with a photo that shows all four corners. A utility bill must be dated within the last three months.
